Addiction

Is it possible to be addicted to something and not know it?

Well, I believe it. In one way or another, we are addicted to some form drug. It could be a literal drug like Weed or Ice. It also could be an emotional drug like depression or anger management.

I think once we set our minds to it, we can become obsessed with just about anything. I used to be obsessed with my PS3, Zynga Poker on FB, Futsal and Japanese food. I still am though.

I remember once, my Uncle (can't remember which one) told me to live a happy life, you need to have 3 out of the 5 vices of the following: (ps. I inserted Sports, its not a vice but some people are just as addicted to them)

1.) Smoking
2.) Drugs (isn't smoking a drug??)
3.) Drinking
4.) Gambling
5.) Womanizing (not meant to be sexists, for women "Manizing")
6.) Sports (Probably the only healthy thing here!)

Not too bad, I have 4 -5 locked down. Lolz, and I am not going to divulge which one it is.

How many vices are you addicted to?

A Real Change

Do you know what constitutes a real change in life? Nowadays people think that a big change is when you move to another country or get a job in a new city. True, that is change but I wouldn't actually call it big change.

The answer: Big Events

For example, a friend not inviting you to a wedding is not a big moment. A friend deleting you from your FB account is not a big moment.

Big moments:
1.) Moving in with your girlfriend.
2.) Getting engaged.
3.) Getting married.
4.) Near death experience.
5.) In major debts

Why do I consider them real changes?
Its actually quite simple, we actually change as people.
When someone tells you they had an epiphany realizing who they are, it is because of these top five events.

Given the fact that there are other things that can be added to this list.
I have lost, loved, destroyed, or gained new friends.
But I have transitioned through too many phases in my life.

I have none but one regret, to say sorry to the people who left before I had the chance, and none other.
